The design intent for this office complex is
to create a 'green' work place environment. There will be seven office towers,
varying from three-floor to 30-floor facility buildings, integrated with
high-rise greenery. The main entrance has been designed to create an impression
for visitors/public who come to Office Bintaro that it is 'nestled' in
lush foliage.
A small pond is constructed In the centre of
the site to collect rainwater and treated wastewater from the office. This
allows water to be conserved and recycled, and to help achieve zero rainwater
run-off. Incorporating conceptual elements of the company's business in mining
and heavy equipment in the architecture and fagade design, the towers take on a
'chunky' form with angular edges and reflective surfaces.
