Mega Kuningan occupies an area of 37,900 square meters, divided into three lots.
Lot A houses an embassy; Lot B a joint venture office; and Lot C consists of a leased office building, apartment block, boutique hotel, three-star hotel, lifestyle mall and function hall.
This multi-functional establishment is strategically located within the "Jakarta Golden Triangle", which is a premium business district in the capital. The embassy will be kept as a separate structure because it requires a high level of privacy and security; the others will be integrated to create four towers with one podium. The first tower consists of 57 storey's of apartments and a six-storey boutique hotel on top. The second lower is a 60-storey leased office building. The third tower is a 50-storey joint venture office. Lastly, a three-storey lifestyle mall forms the podium with a four-storey basement.
